How discovery works

  1. Week 1 — Intro call (30 min): we listen to your use case, current tools, brand requirements, and security constraints. No pitch.
  2. Week 2 — Technical scoping: we draft a proposal with seat count, generation volume, integration scope, and security requirements. Includes a draft SLA.
  3. Week 3-4 — Security review: your team reviews our security posture, DPA, and architecture diagrams. We answer questionnaires and fill in compensating controls where SOC 2 isn't final yet.
  4. Week 4-6 — Contract + procurement: legal review, redlines, signature. Most deals close in this window.
  5. Week 6-8 — Onboarding: SSO provisioning, brand kit setup, team training. First branded assets generated within the same week as onboarding kickoff.

FAQ

How does enterprise pricing work?
Custom contract. Typical Fortune 500 deals land in the $40K-$200K/year range depending on seat count, generation volume, and integration depth. Mid-market brands ($1M-50M revenue) typically start at $24K-$60K/year. We quote based on scope after a discovery call, NOT seat counts — most enterprise deals have unlimited seats within a defined org.
What about SOC 2 / ISO 27001 compliance?
SOC 2 Type II is targeted for Q4 2026. We can sign DPAs today and provide our current security overview. For procurement processes that require completed SOC 2, we partner with you on compensating controls until ours is final.
Do you offer dedicated infrastructure?
Yes — enterprise customers can opt for dedicated, isolated infrastructure separate from shared resources. Higher cost but strict tenant isolation for compliance-sensitive workloads.
Can we run Clearly on our own AWS / GCP / Azure?
Not yet. The Clearly platform runs on our managed cloud. Self-hosting is on the long-term roadmap but not committed. For air-gapped requirements, we can discuss alternative deployment patterns.
How long does enterprise procurement typically take?
Discovery → contract typically 6-12 weeks. Procurement + legal review accounts for most of the time. Customers who already have AI usage policies in place close faster (~4 weeks); first-time AI buyers take longer (~12-20 weeks).
What's the minimum enterprise commitment?
Annual contract, $24K minimum. Below that, the Studio tier ($79/mo workspace base) is the right fit — same product, just no SSO / audit / dedicated support.
Can we white-label the platform?
For agencies serving end-clients: workspace branding ships at no extra cost on enterprise contracts. Full platform reskin requires custom development engagement. Custom domains are not part of the product — talk to us about what you need before you plan around one.
How do you handle training data + commercial safety?
Six models with different training data. For maximum commercial safety, we recommend defaulting to Imagen + DALL-E + Recraft (commercially licensed training). For maximum range, all six models are available with standard brand-safe review. We can also enable model allowlists at the org level so junior team members are restricted to safer-trained models.
